Welcome to the Epsom – Horton Park Shin Shin Aikido Club, taught by Sensei Narinder Seehra (5th Dan). Classes are open to all, regardless of fitness or experience, and offer a space to explore calm movement, awareness, and harmony. Practise in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere alongside like-minded students. New members are always welcome.
