Sensei Neil has been practising Ki Aikido since 1999.
Classes are suitable for all genders and communities regardless of fitness levels, size, age or ability. All the movements and exercises come naturally within the individual’s physical limits. Where appropriate, reasonable adjustments can be made to support individual’s participation.
Adult Classes (13 years old and above) are held once a week on Wednesday evenings
