Summer School 2025 is booked! Saturday 2nd August to Wednesday 6th August. 3 Sessions a day, the same as this year.
This year’s Summer School was wonderful! Thank you to everyone that contributed to the smooth running behind the scenes, and the positive Ki on the mat.

Plymouth Course 8th/9th February 2025:
Sensei Hughes’ course in Cheltenham went very well. Great feeling on the mat and excellent social at the Old Spot. Looking to repeat next year - 8th and 9th November (to avoid race weekend this time!).
