Ki Development teaches mind and body co-ordination to achieve relaxation and a postive mindset.
These Online classes will focus on:
- Meditation techniques.
- Ki breathing techniques.
- Ki Development exercises through gentle stretching, which are the building blocks to Ki Aikido.
All you need is curiosity and a willingness to try something new.
All exercises can be adapted to your needs. You do not need to be flexible or athletic. Just start where you are and over time you will see improvements through practice.
